Clear Capable Communication

This programme focusses exclusively on communication skills and covers all aspects of conversations, with a focus on relaxing and enjoying them as much as possible. Topics covered include processing streams of information, shifting focus between different topics and processing verbal language, body language, facial expressions, tones of voice and gestures. 

It also deals with using appropriate volume when speaking, making comfortable eye contact, tuning our extraneous noise, being confident enough to ask questions, understanding humour and picking up subtle clues that help with taking turns in conversations.
